Members' app overview

The members’ app is your gym’s app for students and members. It wears your gym’s logo and colours, and it works in English and Japanese.

With it you can:

  • see the class timetable, book a place and cancel,
  • join a waiting list when a class is full,
  • check in when you arrive,
  • keep your profile, photo, emergency contact and family details up to date,
  • see your membership status and payments, update your card, and (if your gym uses this) freeze or cancel your membership,
  • follow your attendance and your training progress,
  • vote in your gym’s polls, and see the shop and member discounts.

Get the app

  • iPhone or iPad: download your gym’s app from the App Store.
  • Android: download your gym’s app from Google Play.
  • Web: open your gym’s app link in a browser on your phone or computer.

Your gym gives you the right download link or web link, for example on its website or on a poster at the front desk. The app looks and works almost the same everywhere. Where something is different on the web, or on iPhone or Android, these guides say so.

First steps

  1. Install the app, or open the web link.
  2. Choose your language and your gym.
  3. Sign up or log in. Use the same email address you pay your membership with, so your membership links to your account by itself.
  4. Agree to the gym’s Participation Agreement, fill in your profile and take a selfie.
  5. Book your first class.

The menu

Tap the menu button (three lines, top left) to move around the app. Depending on your gym, you see:
