Delete my account

Cancel your membership first

Deleting your account does not cancel your membership or stop your payments. If you pay for a membership, cancel it first, or ask your gym to cancel it.

1. Open the menu and tap User Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom, to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the warning and tap Delete.
5. The app shows Account Deleted. Tap OK. You’re logged out.

Your account and its data are deleted. This can’t be undone. To use the app again later, you need to sign up again.
